How to get there
Select a region of music and choose Plug-ins > Note, Beam, and Rest Editing > AlphaNotes or AlphaNotes – Northern European.
What it does
This plug-in allows you to instantly apply lettered noteheads to your music (in the Finale AlphaNotes font) based on the pitch of existing notes, including accidentals. The lettered noteheads are always based on the concert pitch. If the pitch of lettered noteheads is changed after the plug-in has been applied, the original letters remain. Re-apply the plug-in to the region at any time to update to the correct pitch letters.
AlphaNotes – Northern European applies "B" for pitches of B
and "H" for pitches of B.
