Choose Break for Time or Key Signature > On.
Finale will always break ties in the region at a time or key signature
change, regardless of the Tie options global setting. To never break at
key or time signatures choose Off.
Click OK to save your changes. Click
Cancel to dismiss the dialog box without making any changes.
