Click the Speedy Entry tool ; click the target measure.
The editing frame appears.
Click the rest. You can also use the
arrow keys to position the cursor.
Press the number key corresponding to the desired
new duration. (See the table of number key/rest value equivalents
in To add a rest.)
The rest changes to the specified duration.
