To erase lyrics

1. Click the Selection tool and select a region. See Selecting music for some region-selecting shortcuts.
2. Choose Edit > Clear Selected Items. The Clear Selected Items dialog box appears.
3. Click None to deselect all items, then select Lyrics.
4. Click OK.
