Finale 2014 for
Rebeam Music simply restores beaming to the patterns dictated by the time signature; you'd use this command after either (a) manually changing the beaming or (b) changing the time signature for measures that already contain notes (because Finale doesn't rebeam notes automatically when you change the time signature).
